About me
Growing up in a strong Italian household, I spent a lot of my childhood observing how different cuisines have been cooked, and saw how much joy good food can bring, so understandably my culinary interest grew from there.
At the young age of 15, I knew that I not only wanted to explore food further, but also learn about what effects nutritious as well as poor food choices can have on our body.
Upon completing Masters in Dietetics, I knew that working in a hospital wasn’t for me, instead, spending quality time with each client to better understand food and how it works for them was my calling. Since then, I have applied this way of practice to all my client sessions, and have helped achieve life-changing results.
The desire to help you develop a better relationship with food, and put good health and nutrition as your centre is what inspired me to move into the private practice space.
FOOD SHOULD BE ENJOYED
– and each meal and snack a burst of deliciousness, and of course, goodness!
And that’s my aim, to educate you on how to find those foods, and establish life long, balanced food choices tailored to you.
Being a wife and mother to my 16-year old fur baby Milo, I can appreciate the constant juggling of family life and work, and trying to make good food choices can add to that challenge. My goal is also to help provide you (and your family) with good and nutritious options that are quick, easy and cost effective!
I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Accredited Nutritionist (AN) from Melbourne, Australia. Through my love for educating and desire to promote good health, my aim is to help you understand your body and what to consume to look and feel nourished.
By using my qualification as an APD, I can translate scientifically proven evidence to help you combat dietary conditions you may be struggling with.
